$175.00 Initial Consultation
$150 per 50-minute session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have behavioral health (aka., mental health) benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is a referral required by my primary care physician?

Dr. Reilly is currently a Network Provider with most major insurance plans and employee assistance plans as well as some smaller, local behavioral healthcare contractors.  You may contact the toll free number found on your insurance ID card to inquire whether Dr. Reilly is a participating provider; or you may call Dr. Reilly's office and where we can assist you in the inquiry.
Dr. Reilly can also bill services to the following carriers' PPO and POS plans as an Out of Network provider and the plan out of network benefit provisions will apply:

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not provided at least 24 hours advance notice, you (not your insurance) will be charged a $50.00 missed appointment fee.
